Will I be in violation of probation if I got a citation for pretty shoplifting and I don’t have my first meeting with my parole officer until July?

I have not gone to meet my probation officer for the first time so am I even considered to be on probation?

If you are on probation, it began when you entered the plea. You are in violation with the new criminal charges. If you are on parole, you were on parole the moment you left the prison, and will likely be sent back.
