Will I be charged for my brother having my old ID?

My brother was caught with a fake ID, which is my old ID. I never gave my brother my ID. He just knew what drawer I kept it in, and must have taken it without asking when I was gone. What are the chances that I will still be charged?

    Without proof you gave it to your brother or allowed him to take it, they don't have a case against you.
