Why did the judge change for my case?

I have a court appearance coming up and I found out that the judge has changed. Why is that? Something I should worry about?

    There is court restructuring going on in most courts in California. This means that judges are being assigned more cases and other court rooms are closing. I wouldn't be concerned unless the judge was changed as a result of a party's direct efforts.
