Who pays for rehab when it is court ordered?

Do you choose your own rehab facility and pay for it when it is court ordered? What if you cannot afford it? Are there free ones?

    If it is court ordered and there are usually programs which will accept county or federal benefits. Otherwise you must deal with programs privately.
