What should I say in court for shoplifting charge?

ARIZONA: I'm caught on camera and everything. They have a lot of evidence against me. I just want to get out of this with no jail time. What should I say to the judge? Will it help if I hire a lawyer to speak for me? Does the judge like to hear that I'm sorry for it? This is my second charge for shoplifting. It was for $47 worth of clothes.
