What should I do if my boss pushed me against my will?

My boss yelled at me and constantly threaten me, saying he was going to fire me. Every day my boss walked in the room he would bump my head with his hips or hit my shoulder and pull my hair. I would tell him to leave me alone. I have filed with the labor board about it and it was sent off the the EEOC and I have not heard back.
