What happens if someone gets a DUI while driving on a suspended license?

I have a friend whose real "invincible" he says but he's already got his license suspended. He still goes out and drives and drinks more than he should. We tell him not to but he's all like 'oh its fine, I'm fine' type of thing. I want to know what happens to him if he gets pulled over for DUI with his license suspended.

It's impossible to guess what will actually happen, if he stopped and NOT DUI he is facing a probation violation and a new misdemeanor charge, if he is also DUI his consequences are more significant. The facts you provide are insufficient to provide any "real" information regarding consequences, you need to know how many DUI's does your friend have, does he have an ignition interlock devise requirement, how many driving on a suspended charges has he had before and what is the BAC at the time of the new offense these factors will affect the sentence he is looking at if he is found guilty or pleads.

He gets two charges DUI and driving on a suspended license. You have missed the real issue. What happens when he hits and injures/kills someone with a DUI and no license. That is when he goes to prison for twice the length of time as someone that has a license.

Well he will go to jail right off the bat, since he should not be driving at all. He may end up facing a lot of jail under these conditions.
