What’s going to happen to me for being an accessory to armed robbery?

It was a robbery at a gas station. There was my buddy with a gun and me and another guy. We didn't do or say anything, were just there and they arrested us all.

You are just as guilty of armed robbery as an accomplice and you will probably get a prison term. You should retain a good criminal lawyer.

Get a lawyer - you need one - get a public defender if you cannot afford one accessory means that you helped in some way after the fact - this is usually a lessor offense complicity means that before and/or during the crime, you wanted the crime to happen and helped in some way - in this case, you are as guilty as the one with the gun armed robbery carries 10-32 years prison mandatory do not talk with police - just say I want a lawyer - there is nothing you can tell the police today that you cannot say tomorrow with a lawyer.
Answer Applies to: Colorado - Replied: 3/12/2013
