What is the charge for trafficking fake cocaine?

I was asked to drive a so called friend to the mall and did not know that he was there to sell fake cocaine to an undercover agent.

    Get a lawyer ASAP. Dealing fake drugs is still drug dealing. It is also a form of theft leading to charges of larceny and grand larceny. It is also fraud.

    Your friend is in violation of California Health and Safety Code Section 11355 Selling and/or furnishing a substance, which is falsely represented to be a controlled substance. The penalty for this if charged as a felony is 1 year 4 months, 2 years, or 3 years is state prison.
