What can happen when I’m charged with a class II felony that I didn’t commit?

I was arrested on June 24th 2014 in Omaha, Nebraska. I was booked on a few different charges but they were dropped due to no proof. But then after court I was booked again for robbery class II which is a 1-50 year sentence. I was not any part of this robbery. I have an alibi and three affidavits. Supposedly this happened On February 11, 2014 and prior to this I had a warrant for a unpaid fine. Now my girlfriend's ex-husband and father turned me in and went on their way after that. But when I was booked for my unpaid fine this robbery charge never showed or reappeared while being in county. It doesn't make any sense and I don't want to try to put the pieces together anymore so I am reaching out for someone to guide and trust. Hopefully you don't prove me wrong.
