Is it possible to get a DUI dismissed if I was underage?

I turned 21 since I was arrested for DUI, last month. Since I was underage at the time is there any hope of getting it dismissed and not on my record?

No. You should under law not have had any alcohol in your system.

No, there is not. It's a zero tolerance conviction. They stay on your record in case you get another drunk driving conviction after you are of age. Then, if you get another one, the Secretary of State revokes your license for a year because they count the zero tolerance conviction you had when you were underage. I am sorry I could not give you better news.

Nope. Age is not a defense. Best chance of getting is dismissed is hiring a great DWI trial attorney.
