Is it possible to check if you have jail worthy charges without speaking to police?

I believe that I may have a charge or even a warrant against me here in the state of Texas. I don't want to go to jail, but know that it is most likely going to happen regardless. I want to know what charges I'm facing before turning myself in. Is there a way to check current charges of an individual without speaking to police?
