Is it legal for my husband’s ex-girlfriend to collect his unemployment while he was incarcerated?

We are trying to find out what we can do about her collecting his unemployment benefits while he was incarcerated. How long do you have to file charges against someone who takes your money. We can prove that he was in prison at the time that his benefits where being collected and that she forged his name on the documents.

    It is a fraud on the unemployment system, he does not get benefits while in prison. Call the authorities.
