If there is a pending domestic violence charge can I still file for an online divorce?

Not sure if it matters, but there is a child involved too. Will the court allow for a divorce to happen even with those pending DV charges against me?

I don't know what an online divorce is. CA does not have online filing, for a fee there is fax filing. There is no reason both cases could not go on at the same time.
