If the search warrant says that a PM search is not allowed and they search me at night, can I get the case dismissed?

The police came and searched my home and my property around 11:15 pm. Is this a violation of the search warrant, because clearly 11 pm is not in the AM?

Perhaps, but it is unlikely that the court would put such a restriction in a warrant. Ultimately, the validity of a search would be challenged in a suppression hearing.
