    It depends on the bail schedule in your county. You can probably find the bail schedule for your county online. You can also call a bail bondsman to find out.

    Bail could be up to $10,000 in Alameda County. But if no prior drug cases and no violence or probation involved you should be released on your promise to appear since you are eligible for drug treatment under prop 36 and that does not allow for jail unless you have violations in the future.
