Do I need an attorney in order to vacate an order of judgment for a temporary restraining order hearing?

I was served with a Temporary Restraining Order on 2/14/2014. There was a error on the order - the date of the order was 2/20/2014; however, on the order it looked as though the clerk wrote over the date and instead of zero the date looked like 2/24/2014. I missed the hearing. I called to tell them the date of the order looked like it was dated for 2/24/2014. The clerk said the hearing was for 2/20/2014. I am a resident of Pennsylvania the order came from Warren County NJ.
