Do I need an attorney for a trespassing charge?

This is my second trespassing charge on the same place. The first time I had an attorney she didn't do much and I had to pay $1300. Do I need one the second time?

Yes, you need an attorney. First of all, a second time charge at the same place will be much harder to resolve. Second, how do you know your attorney didn't do much for you the first time? You may be right, but often times things are going on that you are unaware of.
