From the information you provided in your question and explanation, the likelihood of your conviction is very high. You should IMMEDIATELY contact an experienced and competent criminal defense attorney in your area. You are going to need a good attorney to help you through this process and to protect you from a possible prison sentence. If you were found on the premises with 'burglarious instruments' the state has a very strong case. Especially if you made any inculpatory statements when you were apprehended. Call a good lawyer today and retain that lawyer to help you.
