Can my father press statutory rape charges if I’m 18?

I just turned 18 and my parents found out that I had sex with my boyfriend when I was 16 and he was 19. I am 18 now, but can they still press charges?

    16 is the age of consent in Georgia, so a statutory rape charge will not be possible here. The worst they could do is try for a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
