Can more than one person be charged for murder if they have the gunman in custody?

Can more than one suspect that was involved in a robbery be charge with murder if they are not the gunman? If the gunman is already in custody can the other suspect that they have in custody also be charged with murder if they weren't the gunman but were involved in the robbery?

    More than one person can be charged with murder, even though one person shot. The others are found guilty under the theory of party to the crime.
