Can I still own a gun if my spouse is on probation?

My fiancee was sentenced to 5 years for helping her old boyfriend rob a liquor store. She served 18 months in prison for armed robbery and is now out on probation for the rest of her sentence. Is it okay if I have guns that are locked up in the house or will the court try to take them away from me since she is a felon?

The court is not taking your guns from you. Your fiance will be arrested and jailed for being in constructive possess of firearms. So, you can keep the guns, your fiance will be taken from you. But at least we know your priorities.
