Can I be arrested and charged if I’m accused of putting eye drops in my boss’ water?

I was accused of putting eye drops in my boss' water by my coworkers. My boss believed them and terminated me. Then one of the girls that gave me a bottle of eye drops to put in their eyes for them because they couldn't give my boss the bottle saying that is what I used. I can careless about the job but I don't want to be arrested and charged for something I didn't do.
