Pics of Younger Spears Spark Criminal Investigation

TMZ has reported that a picture of Jamie Lynn Spears that was taken while she was breastfeeding her infant daughter was allegedly stolen. The stolen picture – showing the exposed breast of the 17-year-old mother – has sparked a federal child pornography investigation.

The pictures were taken with the baby daddy’s digital camera and he later took the camera card into a Wal-Mart store in Louisiana to have prints made.

Federal and local law enforcement officials believe that someone at Wal-Mart made extra copies of the pictures and is trying to sell them. Because Britney’s little sister is a minor, pictures of her in any state of undress could constitute a violation of federal child pornography laws.

Here’s what went down: A total of four cars in Diddy’s entourage were stopped, including the car that he was in, because one was improperly tagged. The deputy who pulled the cars over called for backup when the driver of the second car became uncooperative and had to be detained. String of DMX Arrests Confuse Courts (and Everyone Else)

You’ve seen that almost every week we have a new DMX arrest, warrant or court hearing to report. If you don’t keep up, it can easily get confusing. With that in mind, it’s understandable that the judge in a Florida court may have relied on incorrect information when he denied bond for DMX.

After a bench warrant was issued for DMX in Arizona for failure to appear for a pretrial conference in his felony drug case there, he was arrested by Miami Police Department outside a Wal-Mart store, according to TMZ. The judge in Arizona had ordered a $25,000 bond, but at the bond hearing in Miami, the records showed that the Arizona courts have listed him as having a no bail hold.

The judge at the bond hearing denied bond for DMX based on the documents from Arizona. So DMX will have to hang out in the Florida jail until an October 2 hearing for another drug possession charge against him in Miami unless his lawyer can find a way to spring him.

OJ Simpson’s Bail Doubled

The judge at OJ Simpson’s bail revocation hearing had some choice words for him before ordering that his bail be doubled and that 15 percent of it be paid in cash before he was released. Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass scolded Simpson in open court, saying that she didn’t know if he was arrogant, ignorant, or both. Simpson had not paid his $125,000 bail, so Glass ordered that his bail be doubled to $250,000 and that he pony up some cash before getting out of jail again. Glass told Simpson in no uncertain terms that if he violates the terms of his bail again, he will be in jail until his trial starts on April 7th.

The judge was reportedly not pleased about the Sheriff’s plans to release Rodriguez early, but said that it was ultimately up to the Sheriff to run the jail. Apparently the Sheriff felt that it was important to treat Rodriguez like any other inmate, and therefore she was released after serving 10 percent of her time because the jail is overcrowded.
