Stacy Peterson disappeared in October and is presumed dead. She was Drew Peterson's fourth wife. His third wife died under suspicious circumstances and her body has been exhumed for forensic examination. Meanwhile, Drew Peterson has been hamming it up in front of news cameras and indicated that he's ready to start dating again. Any takers?
Peterson's lawyer has contacted the television show "Moment of Truth" to suggest that Drew Peterson would like to come on the show to take a lie-detector test. No Witnesses for Wesley Snipes
Attorneys for Wesley Snipes did not put on much of a defense in court against the federal tax charges leveled against the actor. One of Snipes' attorneys, Daniel Meachum, stated that he believes the government had fallen short on meeting the burden of proof in the case, and therefore there was no reason for them to call witnesses on Snipes' behalf. Snipes and two co-defendants are on trial for allegedly failing to file federal tax returns for Snipes in 2000, for attempting to collect $11 million in tax refunds that were not owed to him, and writing bad checks to the U.S. Treasury. Snipes' attorneys say that he was the victim of his accountants and truly believed that he did not owe taxes. That's why they were not paid. Legal analysts say that if convicted, Snipes could go to jail for several years. Both sides have now rested their cases.

Kelly claims that he didn't make his hearing on December 19 because his tour buses were delayed in Utah.
