A Wal-Mart employee was arrested after he allegedly used a cell phone to take a picture of the rear end of a shopper that he found attractive.
The woman reported that she hear the cell phone snap a picture after she walked by the man and turned around to see the man pretending to talk on the phone.
The woman then used her own cell phone to take a picture of Baldemar Vela and took it to the store manager to complain.
Vela admitted to taking a picture of the woman from behind and also said he had taken approximaely 20 similar pictures of other women in the store. He was charged with a felony count of improper photography or visual recording and now faces up to two years in jail.
