Pennsylvania School Principle Arrested in Drug Bust

John Acerra, Principal at Nitschmann Middle School in Bethlehem Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with selling crystal methamphetamine to police informants. The 50 year old was arrested at the school, where police found a quantity of crystal meth in his desk.

Police said they witnessed Acerra making a sale last week and that customers confirmed that several similar sales had occurred over the past three months.

Acerra, who has been principle at the school since 2000, faces charges including drug possession with intent to deliver meth and delivery of the drug.

One surprised parent commented that the first thing you see at the school is a drug free school zone sign.
